She concentrates her practice in commercial fraud, including fraud in or related to bankruptcy cases, both in the courtroom and in internal investigations. She has successfully represented Fortune 100 multinationals, including those in energy, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and transportation, as well as government-funded agencies, in multimillion-dollar matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and other anti-corruption law.
