Dwight B. Palmer, Jr. has been counsel for Fortune 500 corporate policyholders in multimillion dollar insurance recovery actions. He crafts innovative arguments to tap business liability policies to pay where his clients have been sued for antitrust violations, unfair competition, trademark, patent or copyright infringement, and other employee, product and business disputes. Dwight "made law" by winning insurance coverage for antitrust pricing discrimination in a first of its kind case in the country. Federal Ins. Co. v. Stroh Brewing Co., 127 F.3d 563 (7th Cir. 1997).

Dwight received his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, I.L.T. (J.D., with honors, 1978, class rank 12th). His undergraduate degree is from the University of Colorado at Boulder (B.A., Philosophy, 1973).
