Jeremy C. Kleinman’s practice includes the representation of secured and unsecured creditors, commercial landlords, creditors’ committees, trustees and other clients in all stages of chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.  He also has extensive experience litigating preference and fraudulent conveyance avoidance actions, claim disputes and non-dischargeability proceedings.

Prior to joining Frank/Gecker LLP, Jeremy served as a law clerk to the Honorable John D. Schwartz, Bankruptcy Judge, Northern District of Illinois and served as an associate at another law firm.

Jeremy was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1999.  He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

In 1996, Jeremy graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Political Science.  He earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1999.
