Fritz E. Freidinger has extensive experience in corporate, securities, compliance and general business matters, including as General Counsel of two publicly traded companies.  His practice has included, among other things, public and private offerings of securities, public company reporting, disclosure and governance requirements, acquisitions, dispositions and corporate restructurings.

Fritz served as the General Counsel and Secretary of Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (NYSE: JLL), a leading global real estate services and investment management firm, and Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSII), a leading global executive search and leadership consulting firm.  He also practiced corporate and securities law in a law firm.  Prior to attending law school, Fritz worked for a large Chicago bank doing credit and other financial analysis.

Fritz was admitted to practice in the State of Illinois in 1993.

Fritz graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a A.B. in Economics in 1987.  He earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Chicago Law School in 1993.
